Who we are
iCorp Systems (“we”, “us”) provides operations audits, systems builds, automation, and related services, primarily for warehouses, 3PLs, fulfillment, and delivery operations. By using this site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
Purchases & scope
Each solution’s page describes what is included, the expected timeline, and the price. What’s listed is what you get; anything beyond it is a separate agreement. Where a price is marked “starting at” or “+”, final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Audit fees marked as creditable are credited toward a qualifying build within the stated window.
Your responsibilities
Delivered systems depend on access and information you provide — introductions to your tools, timely feedback, and accurate descriptions of your operation. Delays on inputs extend timelines accordingly.
Diagnostic results are advice, not guarantees
Free assessments, the Business MRI, and audit reports are professional recommendations based on the information you provide. Estimated savings and ROI figures are estimates, not promises. Business decisions remain yours.
Intellectual property
Once paid for, the deliverables built for you — SOPs, dashboards, automations, sites — are yours. We retain the right to reuse general methods, templates, and know-how that aren’t specific to your business. Site content (copy, design, the MRI) is ours and may not be copied for competing use.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes caused by information we weren’t given.
